If students have purchased a used clicker from the bookstore or are selling a clicker back to the bookstore, it is a good idea to have them reset the clicker first. This will clear out any old data from previous users including student ID information.
- With the clicker turned OFF, hold down the "*" and "C" button
- Turning the clicker on, keep the two buttons pressed until it says "Scanning for Classes", then let go
