It has been reported to us that email coming from FCS email accounts to UGAmail accounts may be going into the UGAmail junk email folder. To remedy this follow the directions below:
In order to make sure that none of your FCS email goes into your UGAmail junk folder you will need to do the following:
- After you sign in to your account, click Options, click Block or Allow.
- By default the Automatically filter junk e-mail option will be selected.
- You can add all FCS email users to the allow list by putting fcs.uga.edu in the box and clicking the green plus button.
