First, your account needs to be enabled to use iFolder by a network administrator.  Please login to the personnel management system and, skipping ahead to the "Services" page, check the box next to "Request iFolder."  This option will submit a request to enable your account.

Once you have received confirmation that your account has been enabled, go to the iFolder Web Site

followed by the screen that shows you where your iFolder folder will be installed.

Computer Services recommends that you Do Not Change this location. Just remember that your iFolder will always be inside of your My Documents folder

Use the same username and password you use to Login to Hestia

You will then be given a dialog box asking you for your Pass phrase.
Although you can make your passphrase anything you like, we would strongly recommend that you make your Pass phrase the same as your NDS (Hestia) password.

It is also recommended that you check the box that says Remember Pass phrase so you won't need to type in your password twice.

To change your iFolder settings to save your password as well as your pass phrase, Right-Click on your iFolder System Tray Icon, and select Account Information

Select the Preferences Tab and make sure both checkboxes for Remember password and Remember pass phrase are checked.

Note: you will still be prompted for your User Name, Password, and Passphrase when trying to login to your iFolder via the iFolder Website

Congratulations! You have successfully installed iFolder.

Now, follow the same procedure on your Home PC (assuming you just installed on your Office PC) and all the files you make changes to from either the Office or Home that are saved in your iFolder will be reflected in the Other iFolder.
