How can I check on my help request?

Your request for assistance will be manually entered into our Keystone system, a slip number will be assigned to you, and you will be emailed and responded to in order of the date it was received. Unless it is determined that you have a valid deadline or reason for emergency.

Example: Slip #XXXX. You can then go to Keystone and enter this number in the Slip ID box and click View to follow the progress of your request.
