Faculty, staff, and graduate students can reserve any of our check out equipment and Dawson 202.
They submit the requests through the web form. The requests come to me through email and are cc’d to helpdesk, and Mark Ellenberg.
If the request hasn’t been completely filled in, I reply back asking for more info and let them know that the reservation can’t be made until they respond.
Once I have the complete info, I open Corporate Time Calendar and enter the info.
Once the info is in the calendar, I reply back to the person and specifically tell them what number of the equipment has been reserved for them. I also ask them to let me know at least 24 hours in advance if something needs to be changed about the reservation.
