For security purposes, FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to Spock is restricted.

That said, there are several ways to upload your files.

The recommended method is to use SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). Windows users can use the free application FileZilla

For Mac OS X, you can use Fugu, an open source app from the University of Michigan. You can get it at http://rsug.itd.umich.edu/software/fugu/download.html
