Some of my Folders are not showing up in Webmail -- how can I make them appear (Subscribe)?

If you click on your Folders Icon, and you don't see some of your email folders, you have to setup Webmail for Subscribed Folders.

Here's how to do this:

  1. Click on your Options menu Icon.

  2. Under Your Information Select Server Information

  3. Check the box that says Use IMAP folder subscriptions? and click on Save Options

  4. Click on your Folders menu Icon,

    (webmail5.gif)

    and then to the right of your message bar, click on the Show Unsubscribed link

  5. Your Unsubscribed Folders will show up in Grey

  6. Check those folders you wish to subscribe to, and from the drop down box, select Subscribe to Folder(s)

  7. You may want to click on the Hide Unsubscribed to keep your folder listing clean looking.

  8. You can now click on the bulk folder to view the messages inside.
