FDN Seminar: Tart cherries’ potent antioxidant benefits

Kristine Polley, a PhD student in the UGA Department of Foods and Nutrition will present today's seminar, "Tart Cherries' Potent Antioxidant Benefits". Kristine is conducting her doctoral research in the Human Nutrition Laboratory under the direction of Dr. Jamie Cooper. Her research is currently focused on obesity and the effects of different high fat diets on metabolism and hunger/satiety hormones.
