Dr. Darla Castelli - Spring 2015 Lewis Lecture

The University of Georgia Department of Kinesiology, Center for Physical Activity and Health, and College of Education cordially invite you to attend the 2015 Lewis Lecture. Dr. Darla Castelli of the University of Texas at Austin will present this year’s lecture titled “Physical Activity, Health Risk and Academic Success in Children.” Dr. Castelli is an Associate Professor of Physical Education Pedagogy and Graduate Advisor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education, College of Education at the University of Texas at Austin.

The lecture will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the M. Smith Griffith Auditorium of the Georgia Museum of Art. A reception will follow in the Museum Grand Hall. Parking will be available free of charge in the Performing Arts Desk with a UGA ID or in the surface lot E11 for non-UGA ID holders.
