"Second Century of Helping" Project
An official project of the AAFCS Centennial Celebration
Family & Consumer Sciences professionals are devoted to improving the lives
of individuals, families and communities. As we enter our second hundred years
of discovering, sharing and applying new ideas for improving lives, we are tracking
one year of volunteering in the life of our profession.
Originated by the former AAFCS Home & Community Section, this project tracks
volunteer hours contributed by AAFCS members as FCS professionals from July 1,
