Helping consumers to use credit wisely is the focus of preventive education. Extension also offers programs to help consumers improve credit scores, get out of debt, and rebuild credit after bankruptcy.
Free Credit Report! Federal law entitles you to one free credit report from each credit reporting agency. Go to annualcreditreport.com or call 1-877-322-8228. By state law, Georgia residents can get a second copy from each agency. Contact the individual credit reporting agencies (linked below).
