Interests:
Dr. Turner provides program development, training and information on homeownership, home maintenance, improving the indoor environment and air quality, and household water conservation for county Extension agents. Prior to joining UGA, Dr. Turner worked with a broad spectrum of housing, community development, credit counseling and loss mitigation organizations. Her work included home buyer education, home maintenance/post-purchase programs, workforce housing and community development projects, loss mitigation/foreclosure prevention and supportive housing for homeless mentally ill individuals and families.
