Each category will be awarded $50.00 and a plaque.
Criteria
A creative, innovative program developed and presented to appropriate audiences based on educationally sound and scientifically accurate information. The program should contain timely information on current issues related to eggs. The primary focus should communicate the many positive attributes and information about eggs or egg related issues. Program delivery methods should demonstrate innovative avenues for reaching appropriate audiences. Consideration will be given to the utilization of educational materials and resources reproduced by the Georgia Egg Commission and/ or the American Egg Board.
Judging
Preliminary judging will be done by the Extension Association with final judging done by the Georgia Egg Commission. Judging will be based on submission of
- program outline
- summary of delivery methods
- visuals
- audience profile information
- program results including evaluation mechanisms
All program materials will remain the property of the developer.
