Program Goals

Our goal is to enable individuals of all ages to attain a sustainable living environment through affordable, safe, and decent housing by increasing knowledge of:
  • Various mortgage options, loan qualification and home buying processes.
  • Housing options which meet social and physical needs created by changes in families and individuals over the life span.
  • Making simple repairs and routine maintenance of the house.
