We featured frozen peaches in the 4-Fruit Smoothie, but the original recipe calls for canned peaches. Try using frozen or fresh peaches.

Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each

You will need:

  • 1 ½ cups calcium-fortified orange juice
  • ½ cup canned peaches, light syrup
    • OR ½ cup peaches, cut into chunks 
    • OR ½ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Steps:

  1. In a blender container combine all ingredients. 
  2. Cover and make sure cover is on tight. Blend until pureed. Serve.
