Optimal Nutrition for the Life Span, Public Health Dietetics, Nutritional Epidemiology Interests:
Dr. Anderson is interested in maternal and child nutrition. He is particularly interested in health promotion related to breastfeeding, child feeding and maternal health. Dr. Anderson is also interested in how early child feeding practices influence the development of chronic diseases and body compostion in later years.
