Our M.S.Thesis introduces you to research applications for careers in dietetics, clinical nutrition, community nutrition, food industry, government, and basic sciences.

  • Pursue this option if you plan to pursue a doctoral degree and/or are planning a research career

  • Examples of MS-Thesis research projects are in the Electronic Theses and Dissertations Database. Search by department, topic, and faculty of interest.

M.S.-Non-Thesis provides you with the knowledge and  experience to prepare you for clinical, community, industry, government, and basic science careers.

This online Master's degree, designed with the working professional in mind,  can be completed in as little as one year full time, or over several years of part time study.

M.S./Dietetic Internship

In the M.S./Dietetic Intership you'll complete supervised practice hours within healthcare or community-based settings that qualify you to take the registration exam to become a registered dietitian. You may pursue either the thesis or non-thesis option.
