The Accelerated M.S. lets you complete your B.S. and M.S. in 5 years of full-time study. If you're an undergraduate considering grad school, the Accelerated M.S. puts you on the fast track to getting your graduate degree, saving you time and money.

Why choose an Accelerated M.S.?

  • After admission to the graduate program, you can start working on your M.S. as an undergraduate. With planning, it can take just one additional year to complete your M.S. degree.
  •  You have the advantage of using up to 12 semester hours of credit jointly to fulfill requirements of both your B.S. and M.S. degrees.
  • The Accelerated M.S. allows you to start your M.S. while you are still considered an undergraduate. This allows you to use HOPE scholarship funds if you are qualified.

When to Apply

Students should apply during the semester when they have grades for organic chemistry, biochemistry, and at least one semester of physiology showing on their transcript (“C” or better). Applications must be completed by June 15th for fall admission or December 15th for spring admission.
