2 10 ounce bags of favorite frozen fruit (blackberry, peaches)


2 cups of biscuit mix


3/4 cup of fat-free or butter milk


1/2 cup of sugar


1/4 cup of fat-free liquid butter

In a medium size bowl mix biscuit mix as directed for cobbler recipe but only add 1/2 of sugar amount (1/2 cup or less)



In an 8 x 8 casserole dish pour liquid butter on bottom. Allow butter to spread evenly and cover bottom of dish



Evenly pour biscuit mix over the butter (do not stir)



Add frozen fruit on top of biscuit mix



Bake at 350 degree for 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown
