
4 ounces firm Tofu

1/2 tbsp.
spicy brown mustard

1/2 tbsp. Nonfat yogurt

1 tbsp. reduced
fat mayonnaise
|

5 slices low sodium pickles, diced

1 tbsp.
sweet onion

In a bowl, mash the tofu into fine crumbs with a fork
|

Add remaining ingredients and mix well
|

Refrigerate at least 2 hours
