1cup orange juice

 

1cup fat-free plain yogurt

 

1 banana

 


1cup frozen strawberries or raspberries

 

2 tablespoons honey


Wash your hands.

 


Peel and cut banana into large chunks.

 



Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
