
1 refrigerated pizza crust (Pillsbury, store brand, or Boboli)

1 cup
of LowFat spaghetti or pizza sauce

An assortment of healthy toppings
|

1 cup
mozzarella cheese (Try using LowFat cheese)

Wash
your hands
|
 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
|

Roll pizza crust out to desired thickness on a cookie pan that
has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

Spread sauce on crust and sprinkle toppings. Then, cover with
cheese.

Bake fro 11-15 minutes (or time indicated on pizza crust) ENJOY!
