Perfectly Healthy Pizza

1 refrigerated pizza crust (Pillsbury, store brand, or Boboli)





1 cup of LowFat spaghetti or pizza sauce





An assortment of healthy toppings





1 cup mozzarella cheese (Try using LowFat cheese)
Wash your hands


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


Roll pizza crust out to desired thickness on a cookie pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.


Spread sauce on crust and sprinkle toppings. Then, cover with cheese.


Bake fro 11-15 minutes (or time indicated on pizza crust) ENJOY!
Serves 8. If made with just cheese (no additional toppings) 1 slice has 161 calories, 5.2 grams of fat, 1.9 grams saturated fat, 1.2 grams fiber, 7.6 mg cholesterol.
