Light Pumpkin Pie
15 minutes to make, 50 minutes to bake

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
skim milk
1/2 teaspoon
of salt
3 egg whites
29 ounces or 1 can 100% pure pumpkin
1 unbaked LowFat frozen pie crust
Wash Your Hands
Combine the above ingredients in a large bowl and beat at low speed until smooth
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake at 425 for 50 minutes. Let cool before serving.
Cut into 8 slices.
