2 cans (15 ounces each) diced tomatoes

1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables of choice.

1 can (15 1/2 ounces) red kidney beans

1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chilies

1/2 cup shredded LowFat cheddar cheese
Wash your hands.



Combine tomato sauce, vegetables, beans, and chilies in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil.



Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 5 minutes



Sprinkle individual servings with LowFat cheese
Makes 6- 1 cup servings
