26 oz can Hunt's Chunky Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce



2 yellow squash, sliced



2 zucchini, medium size, sliced



2 cups reduced fat mozzarella



15 oz fat-free ricotta



1 8 oz package oven ready lasagna noodles, uncooked

Spray sides of 13 X 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray

Pour 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of pan

Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles crosswise. Top noodles with approximately half the container of ricotta

Add half the amount of sliced zucchini and squash. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella

Top with 1 cup of sauce. Repeat layering of noodles, vegetables, and ricotta. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella

Your last layer should be noodles. Top with 1 cup of sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes
