
26 oz can Hunt's Chunky Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce

2 yellow squash, sliced

2 zucchini, medium size, sliced
|
2 cups
reduced fat mozzarella
|
15 oz fat-free ricotta
|
1 8 oz package oven ready lasagna noodles, uncooked
|
|
Spray sides of 13 X 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray
|

Pour 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of pan
|
Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles crosswise. Top noodles with approximately
half the container of ricotta
|
Add half the amount of sliced zucchini and squash. Add 1/2 cup
mozzarella
|

Top with 1 cup of sauce. Repeat layering of noodles, vegetables,
and ricotta. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella
|
Your last layer should be noodles. Top with 1 cup of sauce and
1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Uncover and
bake for an additional 10 minutes
