1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
4 plum tomatoes

3 cloves minced garlic

1/2 Tablespoons Italian herbs
1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
2 cups Italian cheese mix

Combine tomatoes, garlic, and hers, and set aside.

Unroll and divide the dough into 4 squares, and flatten to about 6 inches across.

Layer half of each square with cheese, chicken, and tomato mixture.

Fold crust over and pinch the edges. Place calzones on cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes till golden brown.
