Low-fat Cornful Cornbread

1+1/2cups
yellow self-rising cornmeal
1/2 cup
whole wheat flour or white flour
1+2/3 cup
butter milk
1 can low-sodium corn
2 spoons
honey (optional)
2 egg whites
Wash your hands.
Mix cornmeal and flour.
Add egg whites, honey, and butter milk, mix well.
Drain corn and add to mixture.
Let mixture sit for 1-2 minutes
Spray 8x8 caserole dish with cooking spray.
Pour in mixture
Bake at 400 degree for 20-25 minutes
Cut into 9 squares, 140 calories per square, 1 gram of fat, 0 saturated fat 2 gram of fiber
