Research:
Impact of financial literacy and fraud prevention educational programs on consumer behaviors

Outreach:
Financial literacy for youth and low-income audiences, particularly the working poor; consumer fraud prevention; workforce preparedness

Interests:
Mr. Rupured implements and evaluates financial literacy and life skills programs to help youth and low-income individuals attain economic self-sufficiency.
