The UGA Academic Program The bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Residential Property Management (part of the Housing major) is ideal for many careers in real estate, housing, and management related fields. This program is specifically designed for students changing their major later in their undergraduate careers. Many of the courses you may have already taken in Arts & Science, as a pre-business student, or in other tracks will apply directly to the requirements.
