Amber Brewer

Amber specializes in working with younger children in family therapy.  She integrates play therapy into her work and maintains a developmental approach.  She has clinical experience working with individuals, couples, children and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, divorce adjustment, remarriage, sexual abuse, adoption and ADHD.  Amber received her Master's degree in MFT and her Bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development at Brigham Young University.  She is a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Brent Fladmo

Brent specializes in working with families with children and couples. He has experience working with clients struggling with substance abuse, divorce, as well as providing pre-marital counseling.  Brent received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Northwest Nazarene Univeristy and Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Unviersity of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a student member of American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Ji-Hyun (Joy) Kim

Ji-Hyun has therapeutic experience with couples involving conflict-resolution and premarital counseling, as well as children struggling with behavioral and attachment issues.  Her areas of interest include the effects of domestic violence on children and international adoption.  Ji-Hyun received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. She is also a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Pei-Fen Li

Pei-Fen specializes in working with families of adolescents and detained youth. She has additional experience working with cross-cultural couples and families. Pei-Fen received her Master’s degree from the University of Oregon in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a student member of the American Assocation for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Ruth Neustifter

Ruth has experience working with low-income families, as well as survivors of intimate partner violence. She specializes in working with lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans individuals and families. In addition. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University of New York and a Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville. Ruth is a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.

Michele Parker
 

Michele has experience providing family and individual therapy to adolescents and young adults. Her specializations include stress and anger management, as well as parent-adolescent communication. Michele has additional experience working with families that are struggling with the effects of incarceration. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Oklahoma and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma Baptist University.  Michele is a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Desiree Seponski
 

Desiree’s particular interests involve intergenerational relationships, gender identity, marital enrichment, and the effects of spirituality within families.  She has experience providing group therapy for empowerment with women, children, and adolescents, as well as in-home treatment.  Desiree is also PREPARE/ENRICH certified.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College in Indiana.  Desiree is a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the National Council on Family Relations.

Luciana Silva
 

Luciana's primary clinical interest is in sexual assault and domestic violence. She has experience working with sexual assault survivors and their families, as well as Spanish-speaking couples and families. Luciana is also interested in multicultural issues and works with couples and families struggling with blending diverse cultural backgrounds and immigration issues. Luciana received Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology, and her Master’s in Child and Family Development, from the University of Georgia.  She is a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Kelly Stidham
 

Kelly has experience working with children diagnosed with both physical and mental disorders, as well as providing in-home therapy to underserved families. Her interests include medical family therapy with individuals and couples.  Kelly received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University.  She is also a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Lisa Zak-Hunter
 

Lisa's areas of interest include the impact of eating disorders on families, as well as families dealing with illness or disability.  She has experience working with both families and individuals with medical concerns, crisis response, and Spanish-speaking couples and families.  Lisa is also certified in PREPARE/ENRICH.  She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.  She is a student member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
