What is your fondest memory of your time spent in the college?
Whenever I was around Dr. Sweaney! She was always so kind and supportive!
How did FACS prepare you for your career?
FACS required that we take both macro and micro Economics courses and Statistics. It was terrible! But, it was an excellent learning opportunity that has come in use in my professional work.
Why do you give to FACS/UGA?
I give to FACS/UGA to support the school in hopes that they will in turn support students that need a helping hand. Paying for college is a challenge for many people. I also give as a way to say ‘thank you’ to a school that has given me so much in my career and life.
What is the best advice you can share with current FACS students?
My advice to current FACS students is to be open to learning as much as you can now because you never know when you will need that knowledge. I would also encourage students to enjoy themselves and just live in the moment.
