Undergrads: Academic Advising for Spring ‘15 Open

September 12th, 2014 Author: Jennifer Eberhart  |  706-542-4848  |  More about Jennifer

All UGA undergraduates must be cleared by an Academic Advisor in order to register for Spring 2015 classes. FACS students are assigned to an Advisor based on class standing and/or major. Our Advising page tells you which Advisor to see and links you to the Advising Scheduler. If you have not specified a major within FACS, please contact the Student Success and Advising Center at 706-542-4847 for an appointment with a staff member.

Registration dates are based on the number of credit hours you have earned, not your advising appointment date.  The Registrar's Office will e-mail students a "Registration Ticket" with their specific date and time for registration.  Students should receive that information from the Registrar's Office by the beginning of November and will be available on the Registrar’s Website (http://reg.uga.edu/calendars) once confirmed.
