Athens, Ga. – Human development and family science professor Jerry Gale will present a plenary session at the 22nd Annual Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute and 2015 Neutrals’ Conference in Atlanta on Dec. 11.
Gale, director of the FACS family therapy doctoral program, will present on “Mindfulness and Mediation” in front of over 200 people at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center.
His presentation also will be broadcast live to State Bar offices in Tifton and Savannah.
ADR refers to processes used in the court system that help resolve disputes between two parties without a trial. The ADR Institute is sponsored by the Georgia Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution, Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and State Bar of Georgia Dispute Resolution Section.
Georgia’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education is also involved, sponsoring speakers and other presenters for the conference.
