Piggy Bank GA Shield

UGA Extension has joined with Georgia Saves to launch the inaugural "Make Your Own Piggy Bank" contest, an effort to promote the savings habit among youth.

Students in grades 1-12 are asked to design a piggy bank not to exceed one square foot, then produce a short video describing the bank and the materials used to create it.

Entries will be judged on originality, creativity, functionality and visual appeal, among other criteria.

Winners will receive gift cards. Visit GeorgiaSaves.org for more information.
