Before you can successfully set up desktop or laptop email for your UGA account you must first log into the UGA web mail portal. You can log in here.
You will be asked for your name, job title, email, office phone, department, status and office location. This information is required to create your account. The remainder can be updated at any time in the future.
Click “Save and Continue” until you reach the final page and select any additional services that you require. Click Finish to generate your service request.
Normally your services will become available within 24 hours of the request.
