Tabby and I were graphic designers at Esoteric Audio USA. She always brought something for lunch that smelled great and had a gorgeous taste. This is one of them.


INGREDIENTS

2/3 lb linguine
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons finely minced ginger
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup of light soy sauce, or to taste
  1. Mix oil, ginger, garlic, and soy together
  2. Cook linguine al dente and rinse under cold water until cool to touch
  3. Mix sauces, scallions, and linguine
  4. Cover and leave at room temperature for one hour, or until you can stand it (but the longer you leave it, the more tasty it is).
