INGREDIENTS
2/3 lb linguine
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons finely minced ginger
2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup of light soy sauce, or to taste

- Mix oil, ginger, garlic, and soy together
- Cook linguine al dente and rinse under cold water until cool to touch
- Mix sauces, scallions, and linguine
- Cover and leave at room temperature for one hour, or until you can stand it (but the longer you leave it, the more tasty it is).
