The next 100 years

We know much about our history, of the brave men and women who perservered in the face of resistance to establish a place for women at the University of Georgia.

Those early trailblazers lit the path for us that we pursue still today, 100 years later.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to solving some of the greatest challenges facing our world today through research, teaching and public service.

“I think that what we have been doing for decades in the college, and will continue to do into the future, has such a value and a purpose that people really should know and appreciate it," said Dean Linda Kirk Fox. "Because one, it's applied, and that the students, through our degree programs, are so well-positioned for both subject matter content, with an entrepreneurial spirit, and that we will no longer be a best kept secret.”
