The Office of the Vice President for Instruction is seeking faculty for a new Faculty Advisory Board. This 10-12 member inaugural advisory board will be comprised of faculty members from across schools, colleges and disciplines at UGA who will provide input on improving the academic experience for students and making an impact at the University of Georgia. Any faculty member interested in serving on this board or anyone who would like to nominate a faculty member may do so by completing the nomination form. Questions may be directed to Deadline for nominations is June 1.

If you have faculty interested in impacting the academic experience of our students at UGA, I’d encourage you to consider nominating a FACS Faculty to the OVPI advisory board! Having a FACS voice at the table would be of value overall to the college and specifically to your unit. Please consider sharing this opportunity with individuals or broadly with your faculty. Nomination is easy, “describe your interest (or explain on behalf of the person you are nominating) for being on the OVPI Faculty Advisory Board.
