1. FACS Summer Recap

While you’ve been away this summer, the Student Success and Advising Center has been busy! Here are a few updates from our office.

  • The Student Success and Advising Center (SSAC) hosted three interns this summer. Taylor Adkins, Victoria Bell, and Erin Bruce assisted our office with a variety of activities and events. We couldn’t have done it without them!
  • We had a record number of students attend orientation this summer. New students attended orientation and were advised for their first semester at UGA. FACS is pleased to welcome over 200 new students to Dawson Hall!

2. Drop/Add Week:  Advisor Walk-In Hours

The SSAC Staff is excited to welcome students back for fall semester! Academic Advisors will be available to assist with questions during drop/add week. Please refer to your advisor’s schedule in SAGE and stop by with questions or concerns.

The best way to ensure you are ready for life beyond the Arch is to meet with me early and often!
