Experts say it's a time of year when many of us overindulge. “When you're together with family, what do you do, you eat, and that's when they bring out the recipes that you only get once a year and we just tend to oh..this is a special occasion so I'm going to overindulge," says Suzanne Williams, Family Consumer Science Agent for the University of Georgia.
