I am conducting my master's research under Dr. Carla Moore, PhD, MPH, RDN, an Assistant Professor and Extension Nutrition Specialist. As her graduate research assistant, I help evaluate adolescent determinants of health and adolescent learning needs. 

Current Research

My current research involves assist Dr. Moore in researching considerations for adapting the adult Food Talk curriculum for the learning needs of older adolescents. 


I am a teaching assistant for Dr. Richard Lewis's classes, FDNS 4510 (Lifecycle Nutrition) and FDNS 4530 (Medical Nutrition Therapy).
