The Career Planning and Placement Center at UGA can provide names, contact information, and internship information for a variety of companies suitable for you. You can also participate in the Fashion Merchandising Internship Program where you will be exposed to a variety of companies that extend internships specifically to Fashion Merchandising students at UGA.

If you are interested, you must enroll in TXMI 5900: Internship Orientation fall semester during your Junior year. Your internship will take place during summer semester.  The internship is worth 3-6 credit hours of TXMI 5910.  You will work a minimum of 150-300 hours and complete assignments and employment evaluations.  Internship sponsors may have additional requirements that you must meet.
