About Us
The Elevate program is being provided to couples across Georgia thanks to a federal grant that Elevate Couples Georgia received.
Elevate Couples Georgia is a comprehensive campus-community initiative led by the University of Georgia (UGA) aimed at strengthening families. Our primary objective is to improve the healthy relationship and marriage skills and enhance the financial capability of adult, committed couples across Georgia in order to improve couple and family functioning, parenting and co-parenting quality, individual well-being, and couples’ progress toward greater economic stability.
Building on nearly a decade of successful implementation of Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education (HMRE) grant-funded services—and over 20 years of experience strengthening couple relationships—UGA will deliver the evidence-based 12-hour ELEVATE curriculum, enrolling at least 1,275 couples and ensuring program completion for nearly 900 through comprehensive case management.
Elevate: Taking Your Relationship to the Next Level is being delivered virtually by the University of Georgia.
Thanks to funding from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (Grant #90ZB0010) our goal is to "Elevate" the relationships of 1,275 couples by 2030.
