The Department of Foods and Nutrition at the University of Georgia Seeks
- Men and women with normal or plus size builds
- Ages 18-45 years old
- Must not take anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medications or have diabetes
- Must be okay with consuming foods containing dairy, meat and gluten
- Compensation: $65 upon completion of all visits including 4 study visits
Requirements
2.5-week commitment and a total of 5 testing visits (4 of which include blood draws)
There will be 5 testing visits
Informed Consent/Baseline Visit: Body measurements, psychological and behavioral questionnaires, taste assessments, taste bud imaging and genetic sampling (1.5 hours)
Testing Visits: Body measurements, mouth rinsing, blood draw, appetite assessments and breakfast meal (2.5 hours)
