Dr. Grossman conducts research in the area of the scholarship of teaching and learning.
Dr. Grossman teaches a large, undergradute introductory nutrition course as well as graduate courses for students in the Dietetic Internship program.

Dr. Grossman is the Director of the Dietetic Internship, a nationally accredited program (accredited through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). This internship is required for students training to become a Registered Dietitian.
