Research

Katherine has conducted research in the UGA Dining Commons with Dr. Janani Thapa, Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management, UGA College of Public Health and Dr. Lisa Renzi-Hammond, Associate Professor in the Department of Health Promotion & Behavior, UGA College of Public Health.  Her dissertation research being conducted in the collegiate dining hall population is under the direction of Dr. Ginnefer Cox, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutritional Sciences, UGA College of Family and Consumer Sciences.
