Claire de La Serre, an assistant professor in the FACS department of foods and nutrition, is presenting research on gut microbes at the annual meeting of the Society for the Study of Ingestive Behavior this week in Portugal.
De La Serre's recent research analyzes the role gut bacteria has on brain signals.
