- Why I chose my major
I’ve always had a “passion for fashion.” Since the age of 7, I would pour myself into scouring the latest issues of Vogue, Seventeen and Harper’s Bazaar, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending hours watching fashion documentaries and historical accounts. It was truly meant to be when I saw that I could become involved in such a creative and inspiring program of study, and my major has defintely aided my growth and development as an individual.
- What I like most about FACS
Whenever I walk through the doors at Dawson Hall, I feel like I’m in my second home. There, the students and faculty are loving and so supportive and welcoming. My classes fuel my thirst for knowledge and also raise my curiosity about the world, and the college in general is much more intimate and nurturing than many others, and for that I will always be grateful.
- Post-graduation plans
I plan to further my education at the University of Georgia by obtaining a master’s in Professional Counseling, allowing me to mentor young and impressionable individuals and also to be supportive figure in their lives that offers them a positive influence and trustworthy ally!
