Why I chose my major

I chose consumer journalism because I was drawn to communications and the culture within FACS. My classes through FACS have given me insight into understanding consumers, giving me a unique perspective.

What I like most about FACS

I love how FACS is like a family! UGA is a big campus; coming from a small town, I didn’t want to be just another face in the crowd. FACS has helped me feel at home and the people here have been supportive every step of the way.

Post-graduation plans

I plan to pursue a career in communications/public relations.
