- Why I chose my major
Coming into college I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to study. After working at the UGA Child Development Lab as a substitute teacher I quickly learned that I enjoyed working at UGA, with children, and with families. After reading online about HDFS I instantly knew that’s what I wanted to study. I also chose HDFS because it offers a variety of potential job possibilities.
- What I like most about FACS
The faculty, staff, and students are what I like most about FACS. Everyone here is always welcoming. I am thankful for the commitment from professors in making sure that students succeed. I am proud to be a part of the FACS family and have enjoyed my time as a student.
- Post-graduation Plans
After graduation I will continue working in the FACS Dean’s Office as the Assistant to the Associate Deans.
